Discovery workshop process

We customise each discovery workshop based on the client’s needs, so the workshop structure and outcomes may vary. We establish the scope of the workshop with you prior to the discovery session.

Project Review

We kick off our discovery session by meeting your key stakeholders, identifying their responsibilities, discussing your project’s vision and high-level goals, and gathering the requirements.

User Journeys

We go through your user personas, discuss the design requirements, and map out user stories, workflows, mock-ups, and wireframes so we can visualise how the end product will look.

MVP

We discuss a high-level architecture for building a market-testable Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This involves defining and prioritising the main features for your product or solution as well as creating a detailed product backlog with “nice-to-have” features.

Turn your idea into a product

Our team will lead you through a discovery session to help you accurately set up your project for success.
